Data & Ops dashboard

The Data & Ops dashboard provides a high level summary view of the completeness of key data within the Energy.Hub. Ranging from the meter data, the site information, tariff information. Its your go-to-place for all the key data elements, and an important starting point to review before any of the major system processes. 
  
We recommend that you use this dashboard regularly to review the quality of your data and you especially review it prior to any bill runs or validations.

Users of the Data & Ops dashboard can filter data on the basis of Start Date, End Date and Commodity. Once you have set the filter criteria, please click on the Refresh button to data filter the data that is used to calculate the numbers being displayed in the Summary Headlines, Missing Data and Summary Widgets. 


 

The key data headlines are explained in more detail below.

Tiles

Summary Headlines:
  • MPANs in the system - this is the count of the active Connections for the given commodity in the Hub.

  • Metering SLA fails - this is the percentage of meters for which the Hub has not received complete data causing SLA fails. The Average Days, is the Average days outstanding of all of the SLA fails e.g if you were to export the SLA report into Excel and then average the days outstanding, it would equal this number

Missing Data: 

These tiles summarise the data available in the Metering SLA screen  

  • % Meter Data -this is the %age of meters which have breached Meter Data SLAs.  These are connections for which you have not received meter data from your data providers for the given date range and commodity. 

  • % Reactive Data -this is the %age of meters which have Reactive Data breached SLAs.  These are connections for which you have not received reactive data from your data providers for the given date range and commodity. 

  • % Tariffs Data -this is the %age of connections for which you have not received tariffs data for the given date range and commodity.

  • % Rates Data -this is the %age of connections for which you have not received rates data for the given date range and commodity data.

  • % TLF Data -this is the %age of connections for which you have not received TLF data for the given date range and commodity.

  • % LLF Data -this is the %age of connections for which you have not received LLF data for the given date range and commodity.

Charts

  • The Activity feed simply shows you who is logging into the system and what they are doing.

  • The Metering Management chart shows a summary view of the Metering Heat Map
