When a user logs into the system, they are first presented with the Summary Dashboard as shown below:
The dashboard allows the end user to quickly get a general overview of their energy usage, their energy procurement position, the quality of their meter data and other key operational information which will allow them to understand key trends and facts. By overlaying the cursor, it is easy to view the data underpinning each chart and consequently get a view of the data trend.
The menu items which appear for a user are determined by the user set-up and user roles which are configured by the system administrator. For example, one user might view information on energy procurement if this is what they use the system for, alternatively an end customer might use the system for bill validation in which case they will see data and charts relating to metering, bill management and site management.
As with other charts in other menus, the graphs can be extracted in jpeg format to create a report, by clicking the button circled in red below and choosing the picture format required.
Customising your dashboard
A user can click on the Customise button, top right and adjust which charts they see, as well as what position they appear on the screen.

The user can move the individual windows which contain the charts by dragging the mouse over the menu items and moving them upwards or downwards. Please ensure to select save so that configurations are saved for future logins.
